Where is VERABELLA located?
Located in the Village on Canon at 301 North Canon Drive in Beverly Hills, our spa is situated near the courtyard fountain.
How should I prepare?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to settle in, complete any necessary paperwork, remove jewelry, etc.
If you have any allergies or other concerns, please let us know right away.
We may wish to confidentially discuss the products you use, skin challenges, lifestyle habits, and whether you use medications or cosmetic surgery. VERABELLA is a no-judgment zone, and any questions are intended to understand your skin and make it glow!
Come ready to relax and enjoy. Men: Shaving before your visit is recommended for best results.
Does VERABELLA offer free parking?
Besides reasonable metered parking on Canon Drive, there is an underground lot in our building at 301 North Canon for which we will validate (for the length of your treatment). We do not validate for other lots or for parking meters.
Is tip included with a VERABELLA facial?
Gratuity is not included with service. Whether you tip is optional, but customary for most clients. How much to tip is highly personal and varies greatly across our clientele. Gratuities are always appreciated.
If you find that you receive exceptional service, you may opt to tip your esthetician at the end of service by cash, Venmo, or addition to your ticket.
What is VERABELLA's cancellation policy?
We have a small team, and your appointment reserves a specific block of time in an esthetician’s schedule. Please let us know immediately if there is a conflict so we have an much time as possible to fill the slot and ensure that you’re rescheduled.
Technically, we require 48 hours notice for cancellation. However, we understand that life happens and schedule changes cannot always be avoided, so we do our best to accommodate. At our discretion, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges to account for estheticians’ time.
Why can’t I book my esthetician online?
Many appointments are scheduled for weeks or months in advance. However, last-minute cancellations happen when people have unexpected illness or other schedule changes.
If you prefer a specific date, time, and/or esthetician, ask to be added to the waitlist. We will call or text if there’s last-minute availability or a future opening. Call/text 310.278.4733 any time!
